Is a GWA of 1.8 still acceptable?

Are there any scholarships that accept a gwa of 1.8? I have no grades lower than 2.50 on all subjects and no I/IP.....

Please, my father will give up on me if I didn't get any scholarships, and he's holding a grudge on me
