Improve the AFK detection, match remake and compensation.

Played in RANKED with someone who re-joined ON THE SECOND HALF of the match, the dude didn't get punished, there's no such thing as compensation nor remake when playing with AFK players.

Also, just CANCEL the lobby when someone took WAY TOO LONG to join during loading in ranked.
