Stream watchers, take everything TimTheTatMan says with a grain of salt
Im not usually one to watch any of Tims content but since he played with emongg a day or two ago Ive had some of his VODs popup on my autoplay.
This guy is giving the absolute worst advice during his "spectating" sessions (which lets be honest he took this idea from more solidifed OW streamers) but his only credit is flaunting his OW1 ranking from a time there was barely a meta back then. Hes touched OW2 a few times over the years during a content drought and quickly goes elsewhere as hes too far behind on knowledge and also refuses to learn/lab the game and its matchups
Him reaching plat or even diamond is highly due to him queing with more solid players who have played the genre more successfully and longer. He constantly feeds, has super tunnel vision, terrible timings, terrible awareness, switches to Strategist when getting diffed and should not touch the role as its much more than just being a "healer."
He has times he makes a play but in no way would stay his current rank without squadding up with better players. It took him like 2 full days to get out of Gold alone.
Normally I just wouldnt feel the need to say anything but seeing his "spectating" sessions its just wrong information despite the fact the game is still new. The devs obviously know he has an audience and have partnered with him, just dont let his terrible advice ruin your experiences in the game. Watch emongg or some OW coaches like Mills or Spilo for accurate spectating.
