Hot Take: Jeff is not a great character, people just play him because he's popular

Probably gonna get downvoted but whatever. And don't get me wrong, he does his job of healing, but I think there are wayyyy better options for support. His ult is often useless (depending on the map), his main attack has bad range and does little damage, his bubbles are good but whenever I'm playing with a jeff most of the time they never use them. I think he's a good character for healers who just wanna sit back and pocket the whole round, and I'm not saying he's an awful character because he's not, but I think he only gets a lot of plays because he's so popular, as there are so many better choices for support that people just refuse to learn.
