Who are the most hateable MCU villains?

Some villains are easy to hate based on their actions. An easy example of this would be High Evolutionary, a man who tortures innocent little animals.

But there are undoubtedly many other hateable villains in the MCU as well. So in your opinion, what is your list of the most hateable villains in the MCU?
