Does Daredevil get better in season 2 and 3?

My excitement for the mcu has come back again ever since I finished Agatha (great show!). I'm really excited for most of the upcoming mcu projects this year. However, I wanted to get people's opinion on Daredevil. I've only watched the first season, and I'm wondering if I should give the show another chance since it's coming back. Here's what I remember in terms of what I liked and disliked about the first season of the show:

Positives: - Amazing stunt choreography. Probably the best fighting sequences I've ever seen on a show. -I liked the characters of Daredevil, kingpin and Claire, as well as the performances of the actors who played them.

Negatives: - I hated both Karen and Foggy. I loved Deborah Ann Woll in True Blood but I could not stand her character in Daredevil. All she did that season was either cry or react in a way that made no sense. They also tried to make Foggy the comic relief but I found his dialogue to be really corny. - I remember not liking the story very much and just felt that the show meandered alot in order to fill up 13 episodes worth of material.

So my question is whether the show gets better in season 2 and 3? Should I give it another chance?
