Stitched laceration wound, was swollen and now opened

Hi guys,

My pinky was lacerated quite deep and got stitches with polysorb suture 2 weeks ago. First week of healing i did not feel any pain. It started to swole few days ago but it got better and it is not as swolen now. However as I was changing the dressing tonight, I noticed that it the outer layer of the wound was opened up, I could see pinkish wet flesh underneath but seems like there was no pus or blood (a little amount of blood did pop out yesterday but no bleeding).

Is this normal or should I be concerned? (the swelling and opened up wound)
