Eyelid issues both eyelids and under eyes

30 years female. No skin issues history. Itchy around eyelids, not affecting eyes or eyesight. Sometimes swollen. On Zoloft and Ritalin. Started on one eyelid early November and within two weeks spread to both eyelids and under eyes.
