What is this? Purpleness and little red spots just on my hand.

For context i played volleyball tonight for the first time in about 3 weeks and my hand was slightly swollen from hitting the ball while i was there ( Not swollen anymore ) And after an hour when i got back i noticed this on my hand. What the hell is this it’s freaking me especially because i’m having a couple health scares at the moment. They are nowhere else and on my right hand like in the picture. I also have decently controlled type 1 diabetes for a bit of information if it’s relevant.
