One sided face swelling

I have been having one sided facial swelling and eye swelling for a year . My family thinks it’s due to my teeth or tmj but I never saw stuff like that do this . My eye is constantly dry over it or feels like something is in it . My face feels fine for the most part . I do have some nasal congestion but it’s gotten better
