I'm feeling a bit discouraged after some setbacks
Hi guys I've been struggling with low iron lately and due to the exhaustion and faintness I've been feeling I've had a few setbacks in terms of no foods. (Gluten and possibly bad oil and a bit of additives plus some filler foods) Have not been able to cook/ food prep yesterday and that means no home made food for work today. I'm taking loads of spirulina and spinach and I'll try and include some more cherries today to try and recover from this. (Any other suggestions for low iron are much appreciated!) I am gradually recovering from low iron but it seems to be a bit up and down at the moment. I'm going to try and get back on the horse and carry on the good work I Was doing, tonight. I basically just wanted some support and inspiration as getting setback like this is a bit discouraging. You guys seen like a lovely lot so I thought I'd share this here.
