What south west suburb is the least shit to buy?
Managed to crawl my way out of debt, and combined with my mum dying and leaving me some of what money she had, I finally have enough to get a modest loan from CommBank to buy a house. I can only afford $550k, but anything is better than renting.
Only places I can seem to afford are in the south western suburbs.
Some townhouses in Laverton, but a few freestanding homes in Truganina, Tarneit, Hoppers Crossing and Weribee.
Am used to the area, as have lived in Williams Landing, Point Cook.
However, for a long term home what would be best out of Laverton, point cook (townhouse) or a modest freestanding home in Truganina, Tarneit, Hoppers or Weribee?
After 3 bed, 2 bath. Are there any of those suburbs better than others for infrastructure, and are any of those places better than the rest for peak hour traffic?
Thanks everyone, have no idea. 🫡
