0 hours contract jobs

Hello everyone, I’ll be moving to Melbourne soon on a working holiday visa. In the Netherlands, I’m working on a 0 hours contract, which I read is also a thing in Australia. I have 3 questions. 1) on a 0 hours contract, can I decide which days and hours I’m available to work? e.g. here I can decide my schedule, as long as I give 3 weeks notice 2) Do I get unlimited unpaid days off? E.g. here I can take how many days off I want, as long as I give a 3 weeks notice. 3) Which companies / services offer 0 contract hours? Do Coles or Woolworths offer it? Do you mind sharing your experience (no matter the field you worked in)
