Question about the "Here´s to you" song

Hello people ! So I finished Ground Zeroes and when the credits started to roll the song "Here´s to you" started playing. The lyrics go like this "Here´s to you, Nicola and Bart, rest forever here in our hearts". And I was wondering who Nicola and Bart were. I searched it on google but found nothing, do you guys know who these people are ? Thanks in advance <3
