How difficult is Document Screening ?

Hi, I will be applying from India for undergrad...more specifically for the college of technology... Even though I am confident about the written exam but am tensed about the document screening round..I have heard that it's even very tough to get selected for the written exam.

I have 94% in ICSE 90+ in both 9th and 11th and 12th boards result is not declared and I don't expect performance good there at all .(

I am from India and will be doing CS ( if get the chance at all )

I know Japanese like N5 and am trying to elevate myself to N4 or N3.
