First timer here. Looking for suggestions!

Hey 👋🏽 I've been thinking about getting into microdosing, but I read mixed opinions and, on the other hand, I'm also a bit fearful. I got diagnosed with ADD this year (I'm a 36f) since I started struggling a lot with the new job I do, as it requires a lot more focus and deeper knowledge. I'm on concerta but after a few months, I feel like all it does it sort of keep me awake during the day, not necessarily functional. Anxiety doesn't help as well, it's like a infinite loop on being anxious because I cant focus and I can't focus because I'm anxious. I saw that Lion's Mane can help with the focusing but apparently has some side effects, specially for the guts (mine aren't the best). What would you suggest? Do you mix MDs? Like one for anxiety and another for focus, something else? Any help is appreciated!
