Don’t know how to proceed

This is my first grow and pretty concerned about the height of the plant during flowering, hence I don’t know how to proceed, with topping or LST. I did some LST for 3 days so lower branches can get some light. Now I let the plant grow normally and I don’t know if I could top it due to the bend in the main stem. Clearly I have no plan and I’m pretty much lost, while I can’t get my hands off the plant… Should I just keep LSTing the main stem around the pot and when branches reach the outer part flip? Or top and LST the branches to the outer part of the pot and then flip? Should I do some defoliation as well? Please advise 🙏🏻🙏🏻
