Best pain killer for migraines

I have suffered from migraines for 22 years. I’m 30 now and finally have a doctor who is willing to listen and prescribe me what I need.I get around 25 migraines a month.. I’ve taken many different preventives. Nurtec, Aimovig, Propanolol, amitriptyline, and a few others. I take Maxalt when I have a bad one but the side effects are terrible. I recently got prescribed Fioricet and it’s ok. I’m not sure if I like the caffeine in it. I cant have too much caffeine with my migraines so it’s a tricky pill. What pain killers do y’all think works best for migraines? And yes I know that doctors don’t like pain killers to treat migraines, but I’ve tried many different things and I’m just trying to find relief.
