Can I take ubrelvey daily?

These migraines come and go but they’ve been brutal the last three days. Managing with ubrelvy 50mg every 12 hours. I’ve had MRIs and blood tests, etc. no one can tell me why these headaches are happening. Who should I see. It’s not as bad when I lie down but when I sit up or stand up it feels like blood immediately rushes to my head and the throbbing pain hits. 44/m
