What on earth happened to me?

So last Wednesday I (34M) was chilling out at work minding my own business. then out of nowhere vision in my right eye became distorted (Glitchy), I forgot how to read, and couldn't form coherent sentences, I couldn't remember my co workers names or any information other than my own name, my right arm went numb along with my tongue, and right side of my face and my emotions were all over the place.

It all happened within the space of 30mins to an hour, my co workers called an ambulance, but by the time I got to the hospital the symptoms started to dissipate. Only to be replaced by a very mild headache.

At the hospital they performed a CT Scan, ECG, and multiple blood tests. All of which came back fine. Sunday I had an MRI scan of my brain, which came back clear, apart from some white'ish spots where it would have all been taking place. The doctor assured me that's normal and it was limitations of the technology she wanted to be super sure so she did get a second opinion.

Her diagnosis was a migraine. I've never suffered from migraines in the past or headaches etc... so this has really came out of nowhere. Some of the symptoms have only just cleared up.
