MILWAUKEE LEGENDS? Who are some local Milwaukee legends who are only famous in Milwaukee?

We all know of the Milverine. He's our boy!

I am just wondering if there are others currently. For example there was Dick Bacon, the guy who would suntan year-round at Bradford Beach. I have heard some other tales of past legends of the area, but I am unsure of what is true and false.

I want this post to be open for suggestions to new milwaukee legends as well. I see weird characters all over this city.

For example, this guy that I'm thinking of isn't necessarily a great person, but he is a character I run into often.

There's this homeless guy who goes by "Lawrence" he approaches everyone in a kind manner, but he has mental issues (it is evident when you speak to him) he insists on telling you a joke in exchange for dollars, which is nice enough. But if you tell him you don't have money, or you don't like his joke, he gets angry real quick! He spit on a friend of mine while we were walking to a bucks game, and we refused to give him money.

Does anybody else have ideas of who should or shouldn't be considered for this post?
