ESP client that renders tracers Seperate from minecraft window

Is there any or possible to make an Injectible/External minecraft client, that renders the ESP tracer boxes seperate from the minecraft window, so that they don't appear in screenshots? There are some modded servers that use a screenshot feature to check if a player is Cheating. This could help in bypassing that.
