[Serious] why is Minnesota considered a "liberal oasis" when the D margin of victory is only the population Plymouth?
I moved here from rural Missouri and was constantly told Minnesota is a liberal mecca. Where I live now people say how nice it is live in a "sane state" compared to some of the neighbors.
After looking at presidential voting for the last 20 years it's ... underwhelming. I was thinking like 60/40. Not 51/49. Does the perception match reality?
