Minnesota Themed Birthday Party Ideas

Born and raised in the Twin Cities, but lived in CA for 13 years, decided on a whim I want my birthday party to be Minnesota themed this year. Wondering if anyone has any ideas on ways to make this happen!

So far my plan is to make both tuna noodle and tater tot hotdish, as well as something wild rice and possibly pickle roll ups and jello salad. I know I can get nut goodies delivered here as well! (Wish I could have the old Dutch potato chip dip… yum)

Beyond food I’m having a harder time on how to incorporate quintessential Minnesota things such as: Minnesota Nice, Mall of America, Lakes, Target, and having 4 (intense) seasons

If anyone has ideas (including easier food ideas for a crowd) I’d be much appreciated!
