I might of made a big mistake...
So I went through the installation perfectly fine of the ESIM... Then I went to enable and for some reason my dumbass selected delete instead of enable... So I deleted the mint mobile config info. So I went to redo it so when I tried scanning the QR again and then all of a sudden it won't let me do it again and it says to contact carrier because info has already been downloaded and won't let me config through the QR anymore. Tried manual and it says the same thing. Can't contact Mint or TMobile because this is currently my only working phone. Phone stopped working yesterday after I charged it. Then my mobile data stopped working and I went to the Tmobile store to find answers and I was told my OnePlus 11 5G has been flagged after almost 2 years for some reason and they wouldn't tell me why, 15+ years with TMobile and they couldn't help me only thing they did was trying to sell me another phone. I can't contact Oneplus to find out why my phone got flagged because again I don't have a phone that I can use. Stuck in this never ending loop of not being able to contact customer service. So I decided to grab mint mobile because I NEED my phone for work and I went and messed up by deleting it before I could even enable it. :( Is there another way to contact Mint other than just calling them?
