Help me Jesus

Jesus or someone from mint.

I switched yesterday (iPhone 13) tried activating the esim today and it keeps telling me it’s not compatible with my device but I know it is.

I can’t do anything with cellular because I deleted the eSIM from my last carrier. Tried doing it by QR code and manually and still no luck. I can’t even call anyone to help fix this.

If it’s worth noting my phone is not updated. I have tried restarting it. I have but 3 hairs left to pull out of my head.
