Mocobi To Quest 2 Activation Problem

so, I recently got the trackers so I can use them in Vrchat and their OSC system but despite going and making sure my IP was correct, it refrains from giving any data to Vrchat. I've followed the video put out by Sony as far as I can go but can't seem to even start the OSC system properly. Am I missing something important or is there an incompatibility with my devices?
