The biggest reason why Mongolia doesn’t advance isn’t the government or the economy. Nope. It’s the deeply rooted, rotten mindset where being a loud, obnoxious Neanderthal that inconviences everyone is considered acceptable..no, encouraged. Like, what? You act like a jerk, and suddenly people call you сэргэлэн and овсгоотой?
These people cut in traffic, skip lines, bribe their way through everything, double park etc, talk loudly on their phones, and treat everyone like garbage etc.
