Playbooks for NPCs
Does anybody use playbooks for important NPC characters? I know that a lot of NPCs are meant to be bystanders, but what if theres a character that is spooky like the players and has powers? Or they have a specific connections to the hunters, like a relative or "studied magic together" etc? I guess this is more Ally vs Bystander. Do allies have playbooks or just like moves like a minion? I feel like I haven't seen this addressed in the books, but maybe I totally missed it.
