Location Scouting For Frankenstein

Hey everyone! I’m a student filmmaker in Montreal and I’m looking for a place where I can shoot an interior scene with the tone of a decrepit barn or even a run down cabin. Any ideas? Ideally on the island but if not I can travel.

The closing scene of the book which I’m taking inspiration from is set in a shelter outpost in Antarctica so eerie overall.
