Dont want people spamming about shipping/ customer support? Maybe, just maybe..... Moza should fix their damn shipping/ customer support.
TLDR: Moza NEEDS to fix the customer support on their website in order to stop customers concerns and problems funneling into their social media pages. They also need to update there website with important stock/ shipping updates. Otherwise customers will get met with passive aggressive responses on discord when they ask a question that's been repeated 300 times before them. Its a bad look.
This isnt meant to be argumentative, rather constructive criticism for Moza. Ive read so many negative posts in regards to Moza's website. My biggest point i want to make is about their customer support/ transparency. One of the the biggest complaints I see is the support ticket system just not working, even after weeks, nothing. THAT is a main reason why people are spamming in this subreddit as well as the discord. If they cant reach Moza through the website where do they go? When bringing up this point to a staff member on the discord about it, they just said Social media is a part of the Moza customer Support system and didn't acknowledge my point about the bad support on their website. I do want to acknowledge that people do have great customer service experiences with the staff members from discord but again why tf are customers expected to go to social media in order to get help/ voice concerns. Its ass backwards.
My second point is they obviously have a stocking problem when it comes to the websites store. When someone makes the very common post of "my order is taking longer than promised to ship!" people will respond, "dumbass! never order from their website, it'll take forever to ship! just get it from a 3rd party website" Do you guys, or even the company not see this as a problem? People should be able to expect decent and normal service from the companies main website. I and everyone posting, understands the holidays are tough for shipping. There were several posts on the discord of people who still dont have their order from Oct! A staff member replied that stock for oct, and early Dec orders was refilled this Monday (yet again why can we only find this info on discord??). If so, why are they having a Christmas sale when there just now shipping out orders from Oct and early Dec? At the very least, all people want is for Moza to either send them updates whether through email, or on their website. is that really such a hard task? Or just say sorry guys! we are running a bit late/ backed up with orders! well keep you updated!
