male variant or name similar to Emma?

Husband and I are expecting our first. My best friend whose name was Emma passed away three years ago. We actually found out we were pregnant on what would have been her 22nd birthday back in June. I have a girl named planned for if we have a girl, but my husband and I cannot agree on a boy name. I would love to pick a name that would honor her, but unfortunately we cannot use the names Emmett or Emery/Emory or Emilio, as these names are already taken in our various cousins.
