Bike ride from Navi Mumbai to Bhopal

Hi Navi Mumbikers lI'm planning to do my first long distance bike ride from Navi Mumbai to Bhopal, I'm thinking of leaving at 10:30 pm from Navi Mumbai. Is this a good time? Also please give your tips if you have done the same trip. Bike - SP 125
