Welding Opportunities Post-Navy

Still pretty far from my EAOS, but what are some typical pursuits for an HT after the Navy? I've been reconsidering staying in as it has taken a huge toll on my mental health and honestly, being an HT on a DDG sucks. Currently an E-4 up for E-5 next cycle (2nd time). I also know little to nothing about the separation process. Anything is appreciated!
