Is there a way to directly commission from enlisted to officer if I have the degree needed for the job?

Active duty enlisted currently. I may have the opportunity to go to PA school while still active here soon. (Pending acceptance) if I get the PA degree and the certification, will the navy direct commission me, or would I have to get out and try to come back in?
