Still getting paid post separation

Help! I’m still getting paid almost two months post separation. Having $13k in my account that I can’t touch is making budgeting fairly challenging for me. Who can I call to help get my pay stopped? I called the DFAS help line and they basically said call my last command I separated from and that, even though I have the required paperwork they need for proof of separation, I cannot send to DFAS myself. My last command was in Guam so I had to separate from TPU Sand Diego. Who am I actually supposed to contact that can help?
