Back in the reserves

Just got sworn back into the reserves after getting out in January 2021. Keeping my previous rate and rank of GM1. Just wondering if anything dramatically has changed since I’ve been out? Coming back as an E6 with almost 4 years of rust has me a little anxious as I’m sure I’ll be thrown back into a leadership role
