Lost my weekly prize to a bug 😭

Has anyone else had their weekly prize reset when they went to claim it? I had a plushie aisha MP as a prize, but when I refreshed the page on day 7 it told me I had just completed day 1 of a new quest! No option to claim the prize and it wasn't in my inventory. I was so careful about completing and claiming prizes every day because I've heard horror stories... submitted a ticket and apparently this is a known bug.

My new weekly prize is a purple cybunny negg, but I don't even want to get my hopes up in case it disappears again. Anyone else in the same boat?
