opening buffers like a tiling manager does.

Hello! I am wondering if there is already a plugin that does this or how can i make this myself.

I am a big fan of tiling style of managing my application windows and i really want to do this similar behavior on neovim. Basically if i open a new file/buffer either in telescope or in nvim-tree i want it to be "auto splitted" vertically or horizontally and i want it behaves similar to bspwm's dwindle layout: (sorry for the whatever is going in in the gif)
