Diaper changes

Hi! My newborn absolutely HATES diaper changes.. as soon as he realizes he's about to get changed he starts wailing!! I feel so bad even I know he's fine because as soon as his pants or onesie go back on he immediately stops crying. Any tips to make it less stressful for both of us?

P.S. his circumcision is all healed and he has no diaper rash or anything that would make it hurt or uncomfortable
