RNC IS USELESS

You call them and they tell you to file online. You file online and it says they get back to you in 5-7 business days. Wait two weeks. Call them again. Rings forever, someone picks up and immediately hangs up the phone. Call again finally someone picks up. I don't have a case number cause I filled online and the confirmation email they send you has no case number... Bro gets all my info. Wait I gotta be transferred to the front desk now. That "transfer" ends the call. I call back, I say I need the front desk, guy gives me a number to call. I call it and ask if it's the front desk, guy goes "not exactly"... I go " can you help with this issue at least". He goes ya lemme check. TURNS OUT MY CASE HASNT EVEN BEEN FILLED YET! WTF IS THE POINT OF ANY OF THIS BS! Now I gotta wait for them to call me... Again. This time itl be quick tho! More BS I bet.
