Anything interesting in Plymouth for new years eve?

I'm staying with family in Plymouth for winter break this year, they're older and usually like to go to bed instead of celebrating. I'm not from around here so I just wanted to ask if there were any popular bars or places younger people (I'm 22) go to celebrate?
