English tutors- looking for a friend

Hi, a friend of mine recently migrated to New Haven area, and they are looking to improve their English speaking. Probably needs a lot practice. Is there any institutions around the area that provide ESL classes or any non-for profit organizations that anybody may know of? TIA 😊
