I’m planning my maternity leave and I’m confused with the use of FMLA, NJFLA and NJFLI. Can I use the NJFLA separately from FMLA? Can I use NJFLA first so I can have 12 weeks bonding time with my baby then use NJFMLA after for another 12 weeks?
