Bodyweight/BMI?
Currently training for the navy. Prior to this, I have worked out for a couple years. I started out powerlifting for about 2 years, and then did bodybuilding for about 2 years. I’ve put on some muscle as you can imagine, but that does make my bodyweight go up. I currently bounce around 214lbs at 5’10. My best mile time is 8:57 and I’m sitting around 60 push-ups with about a 2min plank.
Should I diet to drop bodyweight similar to how I did with bodybuilding, or is that not as big of a factor as I’m making it out to be? I know that as I continue to run, my bodyweight will drop as is.
