So glad not going to use One NZ anymore
Didn't know that One NZ was so full of **** and I cannot express how glad I am now about that I no longer need to deal with them anymore.
Full story:
Had to use "AI" chat in their app and it couldn't understand anything.
Took forever to find the customer support phone number to call on their website. Google helped.
Was told that prepay account cannot refund the "credit" . Suggested me to use the remaining credit.
Auto-top up triggered and more money went in. SUPRISE! ;)))
No way to disable auto top up on website or App.
Went to customer support (with their "chat" tool) to try to cancel the auto top up.
They CANCELLED MY MOBILE PLAN even tho I specifically told them to cancel auto top up.
Called in for the issue - and - got hang up after told them what happened.
The guy who cancelled my plan tried to "re-add" my plan back and CHARGED me $1 for it.
Just Keep the "Credit" and Sayonara ~
