‘23 Frontier SV worth $31704?

Hello, I’m looking at purchasing a 2023 Nissan frontier SV 4x4.
OTD price is $31704. It has around 15000 miles. Add ons: bed liner, heated seats, blind spot monitoring. Additional comments: Some paint damage to rear driver side bumper (it just looks chipped and no damage to the panel). It’s been in an accident (middle driver side but no noticeable damage except on bumper) Tire tread is suspiciously low (about half an inch left in tread). They replaced the rear brakes/rotors and replace head gasket due to leaking oil. Is this a good deal? am I wrong for being suspicious? Will I be better off negotiating a new SV? The estimate they gave me was 9% interest rate but I imagine I can get 7%. Thanks for your help. Location is northern Utah.
