Unnecessary traffic lights installed near sector 45

There is a a stretch from near gyaneshwaran inn till the newly constructed underpass through amrapalli sapphire which never had traffic. Morons suddenly laid out road over an OK road with no stripes over speed breakers.

To top it all off they installed 3 traffic lights in that stretch. Now I mostly have to wait with almost no traffic on an almost empty road. Why Noida traffic police why ??
