Working As A Graphic Designer
I have been working from home for 2 years, and I have been sitting in front of the computer a minimum of six or seven hours every day for 2 years. After the work, I go to the gym.
I have been reducing my phone screen time, and now it's between 2 to 3 hours. During work, on my breaks, I used to spend too much time on my phone (almost five or six hours each day), but now I am trying to reduce it maximum of 1 hour each day.
Do you have any extra suggestion people like me? What should I do in my breaks?
