Better job, but commute 1:15hr 2 days a week?

Hi all, I could take a job with improved, ideal work content, same pay, but have to commute 1-1.5 hours each way two days a week. What are your thoughts on that trade off? My current job is fully remote. The commute would be going north from Arlington area into Maryland
